Shipping Policy

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and every day we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world.

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately start processing your order.  Each pendant is handmade, this process takes up to 10 days.

Shipping time: Average Shipping time is 4-12. Depending  In some cases, it may take up to 14 days outside the United States.  We ship worldwide so shipping may vary at times.  Expedited shipping is available!   

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
